Our Classes

 

Bliss Pilates Mat (1hr)

This class is our own ‘fusion’ style of Pilates using small equipment and sequenced to flow! Our fusion style is rooted in Classical Pilates but incorporates influences from other disciplines and includes our own innovative movement and mobility sequences.

Whole Body Conditioning (45mins)

Total body and core focussed strength and conditioning training using a resistance band system. 

Bliss Pilates Mat (Seniors) (45mins)

Our own ‘fusion’ style of Pilates suitable for all groups including seniors, those recovering from injury or with compromised movement. Also suitable as a foundation level class.

Pilates Barre Strength and Conditioning(45mins).

Pilates informed and barre influenced! This class uses a variety of small equipment such as loop bands and wrist weights and incorporates some balance work. Total body strength and conditioning with a particular focus on the glutes and legs.

HIIT Pilates (45mins)

Pilates fused with high intensity interval training and restorative stretching. HIIT Pilates combines cardio intervals with Pilates based intervals, both punctuated by mobility based rest periods.

Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates

Pilates offers a safe and excellent form of exercise for pregnant women and quickens post partum recovery by targeting and toning the key muscle groups of the core and mobilising the body.
Pilates will also recover, tone and strengthen your whole body following pregnancy and child birth. It is recommended that you return to Pilates 6 weeks after delivery (post 6 week GP check) or 12 weeks after a caesarean section( post medical clearance to exercise)
