About Us

At Bliss Pilates classes are small in size( max 4 per class). This allows us to give one to one attention to everyone in order to promote precise alignment and correct technique. Classes are our own fusion style which is rooted in Pilates and flows between a variety of other disciplines such as Yoga, Barre, Resistance Training, High Intensity Interval training and our own movement sequences. Our studio space is inclusive regardless of age or ability and we offer classes suitable for all. Our aim is for you to leave feeling uplifted, revitalised and grounded.
